Review - North of Copper Creek
I liked this one when I was younger, and I still do. Both Grey and Susan are fairly believable people and the action doesn't get out of hand.

| Notes: | An Indian raid wipes out an entire village except for Susan Cherry who is taken captive by a Christian Indian. She is taken north to an Indian village for a time, then led to Niagara where she is put to work for a kindly innkeeper. Meanwhile, her love, blacksmith/preacher Grey Adams disguises himself as an Indian and follows her, also looking for the man who stole some secret maps. He finds Susan, and with the help of a slave, they escape with the maps and make it back to Copper Creek where they get married. |
