Review - That Family on Archer Street

I don't think Dad cared much for this book, but Mom and I always thought it was his best. The characters are well drawn. The story is a bit maudlin, and the ending a bit pat. Trusting Christ brings joy and peace, but it doesn't resolve all the physical problems of life — just gives us the resources to face them. But taken as a bit of fiction, I like it.
