Review - American: Beyond Our Grandest Notions

A sloppy book about what makes America great — self-made, rebellious, reluctant to fight, pioneers, etc. with examples from real people and (strangely) movies and novels. It includes a dig at Bush’s war strategy and SUVs and a promo for abortion — but was very patriotic throughout.
