His basic points are useful, but he sees the Gospel of John as written to the church and so misinterprets several passages as relating to the Rapture. He also thinks the Pentecost believers and apostles are members of the church, which leads to other confusion. But again, his basic points, based largely on Paul's writings in Thessalonians and Corinthians, are sound.
