Review - Follow the Money

Not great. The money was just an excuse for the author to travel in the U.S. and give his impressions of Americans. He was dismissive of anybody who claimed to have any sort of faith and a big fan of a guy who referred to God as "an imaginary friend." Meanwhile, he's divorced and living with a woman he's not married to and gets drunk every night and admits that he's totally bored with life.

It was contrived, and at least half the book was about what he did in various locations while waiting for people to get around to spending the money, with a lot of attention given to his laundry.
