Review - Goodbye California

Ridiculously complex. MacLean often got caught up in how clever he thinks he is and uses his "clever" dialogue to fill pages. His protagonist, Ryder, is tougher than anyone else, smarter than anyone else and able to force himself into any situation simply by the power of his personality. It gets old.
