Review - Drop Dead Healthy

More preachy and less interesting than his other books. He lost a bit of weight, gained some stamina, but didn't really seem to accomplish much else. A lot of his suggestions are just dumb stuff, like not eating meat, wearing a helmet when he walks (!), counting the number of times he chews each bit. And then he tells the story of his aunt who thought herself superior and went about doing extremely healthy stuff and died suddenly at 63 of leukemia.
