Notes:Theo's life was in shambles He'd been responsible for the huge explosion at the Hadron Collider and now nobody will hire him as a physicist or for anything else. Then he finds out that his old teacher, Pieter, has died and left him a bottle—and a recommendation for a job. When he goes to the job, he finds himself in the midst of a group of odd people who pressure him to continue Pieter's work. Theo soon discovers that this "work" was a way to transport between alternate realities for fun. After many false starts, Theo finds a way to transport at will. He also discovers that Pieter really blew up the collider as a way to create worm holes and then blamed it on Theo. And he wasn't really dead. He just couldn't figure out the transport thing and wanted Theo to figure it out for him. When Theo finally did, he refused to tell Pieter the secret. He mapped out a great life for himself with Mattie, a girl from his job who, after some initial stress, fell for him.

Review - Doughnut

Too many descriptions of fictional science, and it was often tough to keep track of what, exactly was going on, but in the end it was a fairly enjoyable book that kept me reading.
