Review - One More Spring
Mildly entertaining, as the characters talk about what their experiences mean to them. But in the end, it was pretty shallow and forgettable.

| Notes: | Armed Services Edition During the Depression, antiques dealer Otkar loses his business. He meets an unemployed musician named Rosenberg, and the two pair up. They are given space in a shed by Sweeny, a street sweeper , in exchange for music lessons. When Otkar goes to the zoo to steal eggs, he meets Elizabeth, a prostitute who's fallen on hard times. Otkar invites her back to the shed, and the three live there together. Meanwhile, the local bank goes under. Sheridan, the president, tries to drown himself in the park, but Otkar saves him. The four become friends. Eventually, Sheridan gets his bank back. Rosenberg begins giving concerts. Otkar and Elizabeth fall in love. They don't want to be tied down by another job, so they wander the country together, finding work where they can. |
