Review - Cross Creek

A good read, if a bit too long. I read elsewhere that Rawlings was married for the first several years of living in Florida, but she never once mentioned her husband. He didn't like rural living, so they divorced. She later married again and spent half the year away from this husband too, so I get the impression she was not an overly pleasant woman.
