Review - Double Cross
An interesting part of the war, but this book gave too much information and wallowed in details most of the way.

| Notes: | Subtitle: The True Story of the D-Day Spies History of how five ordinary people got caught up in WWII and found themselves in Britain, trusted by the Germans as spies, but really working for the Allies. They passed on false information to convince (successfully) that the D-Day attack on Normandy was just a feint and that the really attack was coming further north. This information convinced the Germans to keep desperately-needed troops out of the battle long enough for the Allies to gain a foothold in Europe. |
