A takeoff on the old TV show, played for laughs. Hutch is a crooked cop, Starsky a by-the-book incompetent. They’re teamed up and don’t get along at first. The case they’re working on (incidental as it is) involves a rich guy selling a shipment of cocaine that dogs can’t smell. The two bumble their way through, goofing up and getting kicked off the force and generally embarrassing themselves, but in the end actually manage to find the cocaine and get the bad guy and the girls.

Stupid, but with some funny parts. I gave it a 6. The original Starsky and Hutch, David Soul and Paul Michael Glasser made cameos at the end and looked really old.
