It was lively and kept my interest for the most part. I can't ask a lot more from a cartoon than that.

| Description: | Oliver is an abandoned kitten who takes up with a band of dog thieves. During one of their forays, Oliver meets Jenny, a little rich girl who adopts him. The other dogs "rescue" him, and their handler, Fagin, gets the idea to use Oliver to extort money from Jenny's family. But when he meets the little girl, he has a change of heart. When Jenny is kidnapped by Fagin's associate, he and the dogs, and Oliver, team up to rescue her. |
