Reviews for Paper Moon
Review - Paper Moon
The morals are awful, but the characters (except for Trixie) are likeable. Shot in black and white for a period feel, as it was supposed to be taking place in 1935.

| Description: | Moses Pray (Ryan O'Neal) is a con man who drifts from town to town. He finds himself saddles with Addie (Tatum O'Neal), a young orphan girl who may be his daughter. He intends to drop her off at her aunt's, but when she starts helping him with his cons, they team up. Along the way he acquires an exotic dancer named Trixie (Madeline Kahn). Addie knows she's no good and manages to get rid of her by hooking her up with the desk clerk at a hotel. When Moses pulls a con on a bootlegger, the man's brother, a sheriff, beats him up and takes all their money. Moses drops Addie at her aunt's, but minutes later, she comes running after him and they take off together. |
